in studio space for rent

The Glass and Metal studio has an opening for a glass artist to rent space as an "in studio artist". 5 years ago the stained glass studio in St. Jacobs closed, leaving an opportunity for the next studio to sell supplies, finished and custom work. We started subletting to stained glass artists 3 years ago and now have an opening to fill this space. The studio's would share showroom hours and expences based on how much space is required.

 

Showroom hours are shared in order to give more flexable free time to each.   ie an artist that takes up 1/4 of the space would be required to cover aprox. 2 1/2 days of showroom time + rent

 

We are looking for a stable clean cut professional who works in stained glass, fused glass or painted glass
